Gone, not forgotten

I know it's been a bit since I've blogged about what I've been up to, but that doesn't mean (for the first time) that I've not been training and sticking with things. I did have a very rough weekend going to my parents. I made A LOT of bad choices, but I still tracked every bite. I was back to it today though, I stayed within my points and did an indoor runner's workout (since the weather was so hit or miss today with the storms). I finally found a good stretching routine and used that tonight. I also did five minutes of meditation towards the end of my evening to unwind and de-stress. I feel a lot better than I did around five o'clock today. I was a stressed out mess. I over-loaded on caffeine to compensate for my lack of sleep (around 5 hours, if that, and it was EXTREMELY broken up). Three day trips to Michigan are definitely rough.

I had lost 4.4 pounds in the two weeks I've been doing weight watchers, but I'm interested to see how things will be at this week's weigh-in after my DISASTROUS weekend. I'm honestly just hoping I managed to stay the same. I think that would be the best possible outcome.

Well I know this is short and doesn't say much, but its late and I've not gotten much sleep the past few nights. I'm heading out for now, but I'm going to try and start blogging more regularly during the week nights. Fingers crossed.
